Chief Executive Role

We are looking for a strategic leader who can help unlock the full potential of Nottingham.

To help us unlock the potential of Nottingham we need a Chief Executive who will provide inspirational and courageous leadership and continued financial sustainability to realise our vision for Nottingham BID. You will be an ambassador for Nottingham and will work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders building strong relationships and partnerships to enhance and promote the city.

You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset to innovate and influence the profile of our city, and the energy to drive positive impact through challenging external factors. You will be supported by a committed board of directors and a high-performing team who are all committed to the BID and city.

We do not expect you to have experience of working within a BID previously, but you will need to bring a strong track record of creating successful place-based growth, working in partnership and with a strong sense of values and collaboration. You will be a natural communicator and team player with the gravitas to influence and impact at a high level in the city, region and beyond.

Nottingham is a diverse and vibrant city, and we are proud that Nottingham BID has an inclusive team of staff and Directors which reflects our community. We are keen to encourage all people to consider this opportunity, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds in leadership.

The Board are open to candidates seeking full-time or part time working arrangements.

If you are inspired by this opportunity to lead Nottingham BID, we encourage you to contact our recruitment partners at Peridot Partners for an informal conversation:
