Here at Nottingham BID, we are well underway in planning some BIG exciting events for the city for Halloween – rest assured this will include a regional marketing campaign for businesses that take part and the wider city.
We are planning our main activities for Sunday 30 October 2022 - Batman himself will be parking his Batmobile on King Street in front of the Brian Clough statue, and we have also booked two face painters to be stationed at businesses in the city.
We are looking for venues to host the faces painters. Does the below suit your venue:
We will also be holding a sweet trail around the city on Sunday 30 October, therefore should you wish to take part, please indicate on the form below. With the increase in footfall, you may wish to consider how to turn those visits into sales. This could be additional staff who give out freebies, your own in-store activity, your social media manager documenting the visits or bounce back vouchers to encourage people to return another day. You must also be willing to display a window sticker to say you are taking part in the sweet trail.
It would be great to see businesses put on Halloween themed workshops such as crafts, pumpkin decorating, Halloween themed face art and dance/drama classes. If your venue can provide this, please indicate on the form accordingly.
Deadline for signing up to take part in the Halloween activities is Thursday 1 September 2022 @ 23:59pm.
