New Campaign from Nottingham BID to Celebrate the Reopening of Nottingham City Centre

To put Nottingham firmly back on the map as a city of destination we have implemented a campaign, under the branding Let's Go to create awareness of the city's unique offering and to rebuild confidence in the city centre as a great, and safe place to live, work, visit and do business.

Let’s Go Nottingham is all about getting back out there and experiencing everything our city has to offer following a long year of lockdowns. As businesses begin to open and restrictions lift, we are encouraging Nottingham’s community to safely return to the city and enjoy themselves once again. By doing so, people will be supporting many of the city’s businesses that make Nottingham a brilliant place to visit. Whether it's to their favourite shop, hairdresser, restaurant or bar, now is the time for consumers to pay them a visit and support them through what will hopefully be one of the final chapters in an extremely challenging period.

So let’s celebrate the city we call home and unite our community under a single banner, ensuring Nottingham remains a vibrant, exciting location for spending time in with friends, family and colleagues.

Opportunity for businesses to get involved.

Through our consumer facing channel - It's in Nottingham - we will be spreading the word that Nottingham is back in business with an engaging social media campaign to highlight Nottingham BID levy payers and all that they have to offer - and this is where we want your business to get you involved!

All you need to do is fill in the form here: https://bit.ly/32lPLws so we have your contact details in order for us to arrange for our Content & Brand Executive, Timmy, to come and visit your premises to take a photo of your business - this could be a shot of the outside, an interior photo, people browsing, a customer receiving a treatment or a picture of customers enjoying themselves in your outside space - even a photo of you or your team. And don't worry, we will seek permission from the public where necessary.

Once we've got the photo we will add the campaign branding and generate a graphic - which we will share with you so you can add it on to your social media channels too. Messaging will also be sent to accompany the post.

You may already have a photo that you would like to use - which is great, just complete the sign up form and email the image over to us. However it must be at least 1MB in size and of the business - not a product shot!

To sign up to take part in our Let's Go Nottingham social media campaign, please complete the form here - please note there is no charge to take part in this.

The campaign will be running over the next few months until the city is fully reopen (June).
