CONTACTLESS ORDERING AND PAYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUR VENUE

Nottingham BID are proud to be able to bring you a fantastic new product from Yoello. Yoello is a mobile platform which enables customers to order and pay for food and drinks direct from their table in your venue on their mobile phone via a QR code.

The Yoello system also has a built-in Track and Trace system, which means that if anyone visited your venue later be diagnosed with COVID-19, you will have a full list of people who were in the venue at the same time, making it easier for you to track and trace those who may be affected. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Yoello works via a QR code unique to your venue which is placed on your tables. The member of the public simply scans the QR code with their phone's camera which takes them to a web app page. On this page, they will find all your venue's information which will allow them to place an order and pay direct from their table.  You will then receive their order to your phone or tablet via an app, or on a specially provided device (additional charges will apply for the device).

Allowing members of the public to pay for their food and drink via this process, removes the need to visit the table with a card terminal or to take an order.

HOW MUCH DOES IT ALL COST?

Nottingham BID are providing this benefit free of charge for 6 months to businesses within the BID zone. Should you wish to continue using the product after this time, it will cost £175.50+ VAT for an additional 6 months. Should you wish to purchase one of the order terminal devices, this would be an additional £199-£250+ VAT, depending on how you wish to pay for the device.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Please fill in all the details requested to sign up via the Full Ordering & Payment System button below. Once received and checked, we will forward you a link to Yoello where you will need to provide them with a copy of your menu, including any promotions or recurring deals. 

Once all this information is received, Yoello will build your bespoke business web app, which can take up to two weeks. When ready, they will install your Yoello POS and train your staff, provide bespoke branded QR stickers, flyers and digital assets, plus they will integrate this with your current POS and stock systems.
