BID businesses can send in their messages and content to be featured on these channels to reach our audience.
Through the It’s In Nottingham consumer brand, a year long calendar of events and campaigns are delivered to promote different sectors within the Nottingham BID zone. These are often linked to nationally relevant times of the year such as, Easter, Halloween and Christmas. There are lots of opportunities for Nottingham BID members to get involved with and benefit from. All projects are followed by requests for feedback from those who take place, so businesses can help shape future events, to ensure we are reaching the right audiences.

Nottingham BID is committed to working in partnership with other marketing organisations in the city, including Nottingham City Council and Marketing NG to work towards our shared visions for the city. We also work in partnership with existing and emerging events in the city such as Craft Beer Week and Hockley Hustle, to support organisations doing great work to bring visitors into the city.

The It’s In Nottingham brand interacts with its consumers digitally via multiple social media channels, which includes Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. All platforms updated throughout the day with local news, photos, videos, information and offers from Nottingham BID members, along with up and coming events and campaigns.
There are currently over 48,000 followers across the social three social media platforms. In 2019, the It’s In Nottingham social channels saw 260,000 engagements.
Regular newsletters are sent to the It’s In Nottingham subscribers database, which currently has around 11,000 people signed up to it. The newsletters contain informative details on up and coming campaigns and events, new consumer discounts provided by Nottingham BID members, along with other city centre opportunities.
